Charlene shares the best practices that helped her achieve her performance goals at work:
What’s important is to always set my priorities. Prioritize what is important and urgent first, and the rest will follow. Good attitude towards work is also important – there may be challenges especially if there are days when we are swamped with work. But these challenges help me be effective and efficient at work. Every day is a learning process.
Time management is also important, as well as prioritizing what’s needed to be done first for the day, especially with the different tasks I am assigned to daily.
Like Charlene, you can be recognized for your hard work as well. To make this happen, you need to consistently achieve your work outcomes, perform at a high level, and show your client how valuable you are to their organization.
