Let us know INGREDIENTS:

5 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 tablespoon icing sugar
1 tablespoon of instant coffee
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 shot of espresso
1 1/2 cup of chocolate

Recipes step by step

  • Stir the cocoa, sugar and instant coffee in a bowl. Reserve a moment.
  • Heat the whipping cream with the espresso shot; when it starts to boil, remove from heat and add the chocolate; stir until melted. Place the mixture in a plastic mold and refrigerate for five hours.
  • With the help of a spoon, scoop out balls of the chocolate mixture and shape it with the help of your hands. Pass the balls through the cocoa mixture and place them on a tray with waxed paper.
  • Store in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve them.
