SLF Group or the Swatantra Land and Finance CO. Ltd is one of the biggest builders in the country and has constructed a number of government projects like the Arunachal Bhavan amongst others. Now they stem into the Faridabad real Estate business with their plotted project in sector 97.

The Project

SLF Indraprastha Greens is a project of plots in sector 97 Faridabad. It offers 109 plots in different sizes ranging from 107 sq. yard to 167 Sq. yards. AS per the construction laws of Haryana State the plots in Faridabad are passed for construction structures of stilt Plus 4 floors. The Location

Indraprastha Greens are located in sector 97 Greater Faridabad located near the Green belt in the area which is about 13 kms from the Delhi Faridabad Badarpur Border. It takes just 15 minutes to drive from the Border to the location offering a great connectivity to the Capital.  In these times it is imperative for any residential area to be connected to the public transport system. The Project is a 10-minute drive from the nearest Metro Station at Old Faridabad connecting it to all parts of Delhi. It is also well connected to the other hospitals as they are just 15 minutes away from the project site.

Connectivity to the Educational Infrastructure

There are at least 16 excellent public schools in a radius of 3 kms from sector 97. The nearest school is the Delhi Public School and then there are other schools like the Sri Ram Millennium School which are also having excellent reputations in the field of education. All these schools have the best transport arrangements. So, education is easily available in the surrounding area.
