The nickel content in our Incoloy 825 Angle provides resistance to chloride – ion stress corrosion cracking, where carbide tools are recommended for turning with a continuous cut. A variety of media corrosion of nuclear – burning dissolver show this Incoloy 825 C-Channel high integrated property, such as sulfuric acid, potassium hydroxide and nitric acid are all dealing in a same device.
Our Incoloy 825 H-Beam is not necessary to preheat, but surfaces to be welded must be clean from paint, oil or crayon markings and any residual lubricants used in the forming process. For maximum corrosion resistance in this Incoloy 825 I-Beam, hot worked parts should be stabilizing annealed before use. The chromium and molybdenum content of our Incoloy 825 T-Beam provides resistance to chloride pitting, as well as resistance to a variety of oxidizing atmospheres.

This Incoloy 825 Chain has good mechanical properties from cryogenic temperatures to moderately high temperatures. The following properties are applicable to our Alloy 825 Angle at room and elevated temperatures in the annealed respectively stabilized temper and indicated size ranges. A nickel – iron – chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum and copper, this Alloy 825 C-Channel has excellent resistance to both reducing and oxidizing acids, to stress – corrosion cracking, and to localize attack such as pitting and crevice corrosion.
