4 Steps to Wake up Your Spring Skin in a Natual Way

To face the spring with your best skin in front, a simple four-step rule every woman really needs.

Basically, cleansing, toning and moisturizing twice a day, daily and then adding facial steam with or without a mask is probably one of the easiest ways to renew your skin in the spring.

The key to finding the right cleanser is to choose a mild cleanser that can fit any skin type. The same is true when choosing a mask.

All you have to do is fix the skin problem - such as tightening the pores, reducing oiliness or adding moisture - and then choosing the right mask for that problem.

Furthermore, you should never do your own thing on your own skin which is what doctors call “extrusion” - mechanically removing blackheads or whiteheads from your pores. This should only be done by a professional - it can lead to blemishes and even possible infections if you try it yourself.

Here are some homemade recipes for imperfect skin care for winter spring:

Brown Sugar / Olive Oil / Ginger Body Scrub: Mix 1 cup of olive oil with 2 cups of brown sugar and add a small amount of ground ginger. Mix well into a paste. Using circular motions, rub your entire body, paying special attention to the elbows, heels and knees. Wash with body wash and wet washcloth and towel dry. The result: softer, supple and less dry skin.

Milk and honey foot treatment: Hold both feet adequately in a basin with 2 cups of milk in one cup of honey. Soak for 15 minutes and lightly massage the mixture on the skin. The result: soft, smooth skin without harsh exfoliation. Always wash your elbows or hands or use a milk / honey combo, or gently massage. Always wash with tap water.

Egg white and citrus face mask: (from normal to oily skin) - Mix 1/4 cup fresh orange juice with 2 raw egg whites. Apply on skin and rest for 15 minutes until dry. Rinse well with warm water. The result: tight pores and a bright, less dull color complex

Oatmeal Face Mask: (Sensitive skin) - Mix oatmeal with boiling water as per package instructions. Let cool, then apply to skin and rest for 15 minutes. Rinse well with warm water. The result: a radiant, moisturized glow.
