This Weft feeder is able to program the desired tension and keep it constant. The tension setting is precise, the quality of the final product is higher and repeatable.

Key Features:

  • Spool body with diameter 140 mm
  • Winding separation: from 0 mm to 5 mm with easy change from 'S' to 'Z' and vice-versa
  • Very strong holding magnets for complete stability of the spool body.
  • Input piezoelectric sensor to detect yarn breaking, eyelet with bigger diameter to enable the passage also of coarse yarns
  • Vectorial motor to ensure maximum torque at any speed
  • Minimum energy consumption.
  • Suitable for weaving machines with or without CAN BUS
  • Possibility to add peripheral devices like the automatic knot detector or the electronic brakes.
