Summer is synonymous with relaxation, conviviality and aperitifs with friends. This is also the time when we often tend to increase our consumption of sodas, beers and cocktails which is not necessarily synonymous with good health because they are often far too rich in added sugars.

So, what are the healthy #summerdrinks that make us happy while creating social ties?

Here are a few that you can concoct quickly and that your palate will appreciate. AND besides, your body will thank you.

Detox water: delicious and refreshing!

The principle is to take organic fruits that are placed in a closed jar with some fresh herbs. It is crushed a little and left to macerate for a few hours or even overnight in slightly mineralized water.

To drink during the day. Juice fruits are suitable for this, such as melon, watermelon, citrus fruits, but also pineapple, peach, strawberry and red fruits if the fruits are sufficiently ripe.

For herbs, you can use fresh mint, lemon verbena or basil for example. You can also use cinnamon or ginger.

Lemon water: hydrating and detoxifying!

Put mint leaves and lemon in a jug of water to replace the spring water during meals. It's cool and it's a change from plain water. Hydrating and detoxifying at the same time.

The rose raspberry: original, sparkling and very tasty!

Macerate rose petals in spring water and collect the water - mix a few raspberries and mix everything with kombucha in a carafe. A very fresh aperitif and excellent for your health.

Raw vegetable juice: rich in vitamins

If you have a juice extractor, now is the time to replace traditional sodas or alcoholic cocktails with raw vegetable juice. Not only is it delicious but in addition your body will say thank you and you will recover vital energy.

The correct proportion is to put 80% vegetables and 20% fruit.

An example to make your mouth water: a few carrots, a piece of ginger, a lemon and half an apple, a branch of celery and two leaves of kale.

So, go ahead, we can indulge ourselves without stuffing ourselves with sugar and in addition all these drinks are really thirst-quenching, unlike sodas and other fruit juices that are often too sweet.
