Tempura Broccolini

This dish consists of  Broccolini, ice cold water, soy sauce, or teriyaki sauce, a beaten egg,  sifted flour, wedged lemons and vegetable oil (for sauteing). In the tempura dipping sauce you can have water, soy sauce, seasoned rice vinegar, thinly sliced scallions, sugar and water. In this dish the batter sticks to the florets to make additional crispiness and a crunchy broccolini. The stems of the broccolini are succulent and scrumptious.

In vodka you can go for gray goose, titos and belvedere. You can have the sweet potato chorizo hash, wild mushrooms, hand cut fries and plancha asparagus.
