How to Chroma Key In Premiere Pro Video Editor

You can also look under the Matte Cleanup section. Here you will see some effects called Choke and Soften. The choke will cover the edges of your object with hard lines. Soften also closes the edges, but with a greater feathering effect.

Find the background frames you want to use for your green screen in your media selection.

Changing the value of the pedestal determines how much of the background will be visible around the object. Decreasing this value will enhance this effect, while increasing it will create sharper edges.
Shadow
This value will change the visible "shadow" effect around the edges of your object, making the edges softer. This is good for making your object look more natural in the added environment.
