How Many Countries Qualify For the FIFA World Cup 2022?

32 countries will be represented at the FIFA World Cup in Qatar in 2022. These include debutants like Panama and Iceland, as well as shocks like Italy, Brazil, the Netherlands, and Uruguay. Chile and the Netherlands are also among the surprise nations. To see the full list of qualifiers, click on the country names. Here's how the world cup qualifier process works:

There are 29 teams qualified for the 2022 World Cup, including the USMNT, Canada, Mexico, and Uruguay. Mexico and the USMNT are already guaranteed their places, and two other countries from Asia will be able to make it, too. In North America, Canada unexpectedly qualified, while Mexico and the United States are also making the cut. South America, meanwhile, will be represented by three nations: Ecuador and Peru.

Tunisia - The young Manchester United midfielder is one of the few bright spots on the squad. Tunisia has never made it past the group stage in any FIFA World Cup, so it is likely to be cast as the weakest qualifier. However, they have a decent squad of players, including the world's best player, Sadio Mane, and some key European players. Despite their mediocre record, the 2022 tournament may come at the right time.

The other top teams qualified: Croatia, Spain, Portugal, and Denmark. France won the Group E playoff. Croatia, on the other hand, won the Group D playoff against Russia, and England won the group H qualifying game against San Marino. Both countries finished third in their final group stage. South Korea and Iran did not qualify - while Australia qualified by virtue of a draw with Norway. The Netherlands, however, did qualify automatically, as did Argentina.
