My journey with the Podio CRM Platform started 6 years ago. The company I was with; A Retail Analytical Product Company was in the process.


Six years ago, I began using the Podio CRM Platform. The business I was working with, A Retail Analytical Product Company, was analysing CRM solutions. We came upon Podio, which at first generated a lot of conflicting opinions. The ability to grant permissions to only certain fields and individuals is one of the main concerns. However, a gut feeling, or as you can say, a hunch, drove me to pursue Podio.


This Podio CRM review unquestionably provides a resounding yes to that query. The platform is simple to use and can be customised for many applications. You can easily create custom workflows because of its innovative app-based setup, which allows you to drag and drop the features you need into your workspace.


Podio opened up a whole new universe for me despite my lack of technical knowledge and poor coding skills. I very quickly began using Podio to resolve minor management problems. The Leave Application system, for instance. The lead management system for marketing.


It will be challenging for me to compare and assess CRM platforms because I haven't worked on many of them. The simplicity and ease of setting up a CRM system, even without any prior coding knowledge, was, however, what drew me to Podio CRM the most. One of the first CRM systems I set up, which took just one day, was the leave application system. This was automated in a very simple way. Even now, the organisation makes great use of this.
