Digital Marketing Funnel

Digital Marketing funnel is a model which represents the buying journey of the customer. The journey starts as they know your brand until they become your customers.

In the journey of the sales funnel, a brand nurtures the personas through different marketing funnel steps. Once the audience is into the marketing funnel they then try to push into different stages of the funnel and finally they convince them to continue to purchase the product.

There are generally four steps of digital marketing Funnel they are :

Awareness

This is the first step in the marketing funnel. In this stage of the funnel, the marketer seeks to attract the attention of consumers. This is also considered to be brand awareness of the company.

Placing advertisements in unexpected situations can grab consumers’ attention; it is also known as guerrilla marketing. In this marketing strategy, a highly targeted message also attracts customers known as a personalization message.

Interest

This is the second stage of the marketing funnel. In this stage once the customer knows about your business you have to make sure that the person wants to like your product. This is the most crucial part of your marketing. Proper creative designs should also be considered during the interest for the customers.

Once the person is liking your product it has a high chance that person can be your customer in the future.

Desire

In this stage, our main goal is to make consumers desire our product from only liking to wanting the product.

In this funnel model, desire is the stage where it comes to conveying the audience the value of your product or service. You should provide them every bit of information about your service so that they are convinced to buy the product or service.

Action

The last step of the Digital Marketing funnel is your consumer to initiate action. The advertisement should result in action from the consumer. For example, semrush (a digital marketing tool) convinces the consumer to use their trial for certain money for a certain period of time.

If the consumer is ready to pay a certain amount even for a trial period the person is likely to convert into a customer if the service at the trial period is found to be good.
