Introduction

The term women empowerment is used to empower women by providing them with education and equal opportunities for economic growth and employment as in society. In a broader perspective, women's empowerment includes every step in various spheres of life aimed at empowering women.

Economic Empowerment of Women

Women's economic empowerment means women's financial independence through skills and employment development. Policymakers work with NGOs and other relevant organizations to organize training and skills programs for women so that women can either engage in gainful employment or run their own businesses.

The economic independence of women is the first step to improve their social status and self-esteem. Unless women become independent to protect themselves and their families, all the talk of women's empowerment is useless.

Vocational Training

Vocational training is the most important need of the society. Too much academic achievement and education cannot be achieved. If society wants to rise, to progress, it is necessary that some kind of education must be given. Our main goal is to provide work for everyone to solve the problem of unemployment. A government that cannot provide employment to its educated people has no moral right to exist. If the powerful abandon "at least one shop for every person", unemployment will automatically disappear. There will be prosperity everywhere. Our standard of living will rise soon.

Women's empowerment is not necessarily meant academically, but in the role of vocational skills, because skills (vocational/technical) are the bridge between work and the workforce, and that skills development is key to women's domestic productivity, employment and income opportunities. accelerate them to promote sustainable development. Additionally, it is essential to educate the public about women's rights through NGOs and the media, gender disparity policies, chances for education and employment, wage discrimination at work, and other issues.

Elysium foundation is a Nonprofit organisation over 23+ years to empower quality of life underprivileged communities. 200+ Doners are contributed to empowering the local communities.

Child Education

The path to a better life involves both education's means and goals. Every person has a chance to make a living off of it, and in the process, knowledge of a variety of issues is raised, from health care to social behaviour to understanding one's rights to becoming a great citizen.

This training program is for poor children who work in child labor, children of the poorest parents, street and runaway children, rare disabilities, etc.

One of the finest methods to give children a better life and future is through education. About 15 million children are out of school in India. However, millions of children are denied the right to education because of their poverty. Through the Elysium Foundation, we provide children in need with the information they need and help them build careers that help them escape the poverty that has been passed down from generation to generation.

Cooking Courses

We offer professional cooking for women. When training them, we focus on making them independent without the support of anyone else.

"Empowering Rural Women - Empowering through Cooking Skills"

 Traditional Cooking Courses

Community traditions are best known through food. Every country adds beauty to traditional food. Everyone has to protect their traditions. We offer a skill that gives a touch to our culture and heritage. It combines delicious food with the old charm of Indian folklore, which makes for an interesting cooking exercise with different spices. This skill will help improve your cooking skills at home. This skill is transferred to rural women without destroying our tradition, so they know our traditional eating habits.

We train them with professional skills to become experts and entrepreneurs. After training, we have to put these women. Therefore, they become financially independent and can work for their growth.
