

Physical Properties
The relative density of HDPE two-color sheet is 0.941 – 0.960 (melting point is about 130℃), low density. It has good heat resistance and cold resistance, and can maintain stable performance in a wide range of temperatures, for example, its lower operating temperature can reach – 70 – 100 ℃, and can be adapted to a variety of ambient temperature change scenarios, such as in the cold outdoors or high-temperature industrial environments.
Feeling like wax, the material is odorless and harmless, with high rigidity and toughness, good mechanical strength, good tensile properties, which makes it not easy to rupture or deform when subjected to external forces, suitable for the production of a number of components that need to withstand a certain degree of pressure or impact.
Good electrical and dielectric insulation, low water vapor permeability, low water absorption, can effectively prevent moisture from entering the interior to affect the performance of the material, in some of the electrical insulation and waterproof requirements of high performance in some environments, such as electrical equipment, protective components or the use of humid environments under the use of the scene.
Chemical properties
Good chemical stability, can withstand the erosion of most acids and alkalis (not resistant to oxidizing acids), insoluble in general solvents at room temperature, able to resist the erosion of a variety of chemical substances, to maintain the surface finish and the overall beauty, in the chemical industry and other industries can be used to contact all kinds of chemical substances and not easy to be corroded.
It has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, splitting resistance, brittle crack resistance and swelling resistance, and can maintain better integrity and stability under different chemical environments and physical conditions, which makes it able to maintain its performance in the process of long-term use and reduce the frequency of replacement, thus reducing the cost.
Resistant to UV and termites, this characteristic makes it last longer and perform better in outdoor environments, which is suitable for outdoor construction, facilities and other applications, such as outdoor billboards, street signs, etc., without having to worry about rapid deterioration due to UV irradiation or termite infestation.
It can stop the growth of mold and fungus, keep the surface clean and hygienic, which not only makes the product more beautiful, but also easier to clean and maintain, it can be used in some places with higher requirements for hygiene, such as equipment protection or decorative materials around the food processing industry.
