Adopting PE100 grade raw material, produced through advanced co-extrusion process. The outer layer can be customized in colors (e.g. blue, yellow, green) and has anti-slip function, while the inner layer is black. The production line has a high degree of automation, low energy consumption, high production efficiency, and good quality of pedals produced, with an extrusion output of 400 – 500kg/h, a production line speed of about 0.2 – 2m/min, and an extruder center height of 1050mm.
