But again, it only scratches the surface of all the possibilities that social networks provide us with.

Facebook is not only a well-developed idea, it’s an amazing tool that helps raise awareness, educate, stay informed in a convenient and simple way.

Because of that there is no reason in putting you out of the comfort zone and forcing you to a different medium of communication.

Nerdify has always had plenty of happy customers who were grateful to both the Nerds and customer support. It feels good to be appreciated, but understanding how to deal with criticism is of paramount importance. And if you’re curious about the negative reviews, those take up slightly above 2% of all the reviewers leaving the remaining 5% to neutral. Whatever the case, proactively react to the review and provide solutions, making it into an example of a stellar customer support. It’s a fact, that negative reviews have a potential of causing a lot of trouble unless managed wisely. Don’t sweat it if your service receives a few poor reviews, just make sure you handle them on a short notice.

Our team at Nerdify hopped on the hype-train as we were excited to create our own chat bot. The competition was huge, so I could not help but ask myself the question “Do we really want to create a bot?”. And here are the reasons why: Building a bot can be easier than it seems We wanted Nerdify Bot to have a wide-range functionality that could help students with various academic tasks. To achieve that Nerdify Bot had to be powered by a combination of open source and proprietary NLP engines as well as machine learning tech. Thanks to Facebook and its Messenger Platform there are a bunch of different services now that let you put together your own chat bot. They are text-driven, feature images and have a familiar messenger app interface.
