It means that people tend to make a solution of difficult problems on a global level. However, it ways: the leader of such organizations obtains the necessary power and privileges; moreover the origin of the leader may play a crucial role regarding other citizens. The phenomenon of it is not my concern is an example of an attitude towards other nations and countries. Therefore, there is a need to deeply describe the activity of the United Nations Organization.

Objectives

At first UN is aimed at maintaining of international security and peace. To carry out this function, the UNO has special army of the peacekeepers. Second aim is to develop the relations among states and nations. The third target of the organization is to cooperate and assist people in making the decision regarding international issues. The fourth goal is to promote the human rights. Then UN tends to concentrate all assistance power in its hands. Despite all of these targets, many organizations remained without promised help.

Criticism

UN shows reluctance to enforce resolutions given by Security Council. Genocide in the Darfur has not been prevented by UN on the score of unknown motive. Also, American President without any difficulties undermined the multilateral system of security and despite resolutions and restrictions had started the war with Iraq. Such events have shown the ineffectiveness of UN to stop the international conflicts. Peacekeepers which have to stop the war only provoke it. Wise and accurate diplomacy is the only way to stop conflicts in almost any situation.
