You can also incorporate cocoa butter into a raw chocolate syrup or a chocolate mousse or pudding. Another tip is to use it as a gelatin replacement. With the creamy taste of butter and a little chocolate flavor, cocoa butter would be a good ingredient for a more airy and delicious dessert.


You should also bear in mind that, unlike other fats, you do not need significant amounts of cocoa butter when cooking. This is why it also works well as a butter or dairy alternative and, like coconut oil, may be utilized in a variety of ways.
