Shopping from Frank & Beans was the worst decision that I ever made. I personally have experienced their third quality products and the worst customer service. They even don’t deserve to stay in this undergarment manufacturing field as they are just kind of online robbers nothing else. I strongly advise you, people, never buy anything from this filthy company. They don’t deserve your time and money. The product that I received consisted of undone stitching, different colors, and way smaller than what I ordered.
Their website may attract you. It is undeniably fascinating and attractive but it is not what we are paying for. Clients make their trust to receive good quality products and that’s why a client pays for a product he admires the most even with additional charges as well. But, after having experience with these frauds known as Frank &Beans I completely have lost my interest in online shopping.
I am even feeling regret that I have chosen them for my purchase and got nothing worthy in return. Those products that I have received are way too small and not even a match with the measurement it was showing before I placed the order. I am so disappointed with their services and the top of that the product return policy will end up teary eyes. Yes, I strongly have tried to place my request to return the product but unfortunately, they are worse in that too.
There are no customer communication facilities at them and never provide what they commit to doing so. You might see the 100% refund policy on their terms and conditions page but it is not what they do in real life. And the top of all the things, my product is even a way late which is completely not acceptable. Not a trustworthy company you should be aware of before purchasing anything from Frank & Beans. Do not purchase anything from them otherwise, you will get disappointments only and nothing else.
Furthermore, their customer service is atrocious because they never hear what a client is facing with their products. The underwear is china made which they have sold me by saying Australian made products. Due to a website malfunction, my purchase was doubled, and they provided no reimbursement or additional assistance. The color of the undergarments was also worse and differed from what I chose while ordering them. They don’t care if I am satisfied with the service or not, what they care about is only if the payment is made or still pending.
I would never recommend this company to anyone in my knowledge because of my everlasting dissatisfaction with Frank & Beans. Nothing is there to consider in a good faith and you better be aware of such frauds who just exist to do frauds and make people less interested in online shopping.
