2. Identity Proof
An attested copy of Government issued IDs including Driving License/ Passport/ Voter ID needs to be submitted as identity proof by each proposed shareholder and director.
3. Address Proof
Bank Statement/ Electricity Bill/ Mobile Bill/ Telephone Bill in the name of the proposed shareholder or director is required. Self-attested copy of the same must be submitted and it must be ensured that the bill is not more than 2 months old.
4. Contact Details
The phone numbers and E-mail IDs of all the proposed directors is essential for the registration. Only their personal contact information must be provided in full. Another e-mail ID specifically for the company is also required.
5. Educational Qualifications
Educational Qualification of the proposed directors are also required. Even though providing the proof for the educational qualification is not needed. The Central Registration Centre of MCA does not ask for the copies of the same.
Documents For Registered Office of The Company
1. Bank Statement or Utility Bills
Anyone of the following Bank Statements or Utility Bills (Electricity bill/ Gas bill/ Mobile/ Telephone bill) is required for the registered address. The bank statement or the utility bills shall not be older than 2 months from the date of submission to MCA.
2. Rent Agreement with NOC
If the registered office is a rented property, then a self-attested copy of the rent agreement needs to be submitted along with NOC from the landlord with his/her consent to use the same as a registered office. Rent Agreement is not required if the place is in the name of any of the directors.
3. Sale Deed/ Lease Deed
If the property is in the name of any of the directors, then self-attested copy of sale deed/lease deed of the concerned property and NOC from such director with his/her consent to use the office as a registered office needs to be furnished with rest of the documents.
