Behind Your Touch returns with the rite ceremony. Mr. Park collapses after being possessed by the souls of Si-a and Seung-gil. Jong-mook twists his ankle while attempting to follow the crowd to an ambulance. Kwang-shik takes advantage of the situation and runs over, feeling Jong-mook's leg and ankle.
Sun-woo applies a rag to Mr. Park's forehead as he awakens from a fever. Mr. Park claims he has no recollection of what occurred.
Da-eun's brother lifts some big bottles for her at Ok-hui's shop and then drinks some water. Ok-hui falls into a deep trance as the drips stream down his neck. Jang-yeol then purchases something, and Ok-hui's thinking changes him into an ugly squid. Meanwhile, Da-eun's sibling is surrounded by glowing beams.

Ok-hui rushes over to Ye-bun and tells her that she is going insane since she no longer likes Jang-yeol but rather Da-eun's brother (they are polar opposites). Ye-bun informs her that she must be unwell and takes Ok-hui's temperature, but she can't detect if she has a fever or not.
Jang-yeol calls Ye-bun to come touch more people, and she hangs up the phone and attempts to flee out the window. But he's standing right outside the door. She explains to Jang-yeol why she can't help him since the serial killer will come after her if he finds out about them. Jang-yeol promises her that no one will ever harm her, but she insists on wearing a motorcycle helmet when she rides with him.
Dramacool is handing out fliers for Cha Ju-man when his ex-son-in-law notices him and inquires as to what he is doing. Dr. Jung motions for him to accompany him and drags him away.

Mr. Park purchases food from Ok-hui's shop, and the townsfolk ask him about the murderer. Mr. Park claims to know everything and that another major incident is imminent, but he does not provide any further specifics.
Dr. Jung is ready to explain to his former son-in-law why he is working with Ju-man when Hyun-ok walks in and asks what he is doing there. Her ex informs her that he has stopped drinking and wishes to give her another opportunity. She kicks him in the shin and tells him she prefers another man.
Meanwhile, Ae-ran, a barista, is traveling alone when she is attacked by the serial killer. The following day, the barista's coworker arrives to the police station and informs Jang-yeol that Ae-ran did not return home the night before. She informs him that Ae-ran had a difficult childhood. She used to tell her younger brother that she was going to school, but she was actually going to play with a friend.
He was gone when she returned home. Someone must have kidnapped him while he was looking for her. Ye-bun is nearby, still wearing his motorcycle helmet. She sobs and assures the woman that Ae-ran will be found. Mr. Park is later informed that he is correct; someone else has vanished. He has a customer line that wraps around the block.
Ye-bun notices Sun-woo riding his bicycle by and inquires as to his destination. He claims to be heading to a workshop. Ye-bun jumps on the back of his bike. Jang-yeol notices this and murmurs that he told her to wait for him outside the clinic.
Sun-woo shows Ye-bun his woodworking efforts inside his workshop. Ye-bun goes outdoors to respond to Jang-yeol's summons. She lies about her location. She notices him standing there when she looks around. After being caught in her lie, Jang-yeol whisks her away to investigate with him, not giving her the opportunity to inform Sun-woo of her departure.
