Sometimes you just want to have Restaurant Style Bhuna Chicken Masala, cooked at home. But I always believe in preparation, which is why, the night before my off, I watched several videos of chicken cooking, and one video in particular stood out: Chicken Bhuna Roast Recipe by Sprinkle of Spice.
There is a time when you don’t wish to go out and you are feeling too happy about everything. All you want is to indulge in everything you haven’t been doing for a while. And cooking is one of those activities that many people do not consider productive. Although delicious and aromatic food can work as a mood corrector, a silent counselor, or a friend to confide in, if I had to suggest something for such a special occasion, I would say you should look for the easiest Chicken Ghee Roast Recipe that will turn you from a not-so-good chef to a pro, if not a professional.
I also came across one of those days when I had a day off and wanted to try out my culinary skills. I felt like I was entering a restaurant with a clean and organised kitchen (in my dreams). I was going all filmy, and that's when I followed the recipe exactly as shown in the video. Fun fact: I assumed the chef had to use tomato puree in the roasted chicken until I cooked it myself. I even watched the video twice, assuming that I had not paid attention and had missed the steps for adding the tomato. I wasn't completely convinced until I tried it, but onions and the right quantity of Indian spices are enough to elevate the taste and create that aroma-filled moment.
I find the recipe to be on point; great job, Sprinkle of Spice.
