- 2 tbsp oil
- 1½ tsp chana dal
- 1½ tsp urad dal
- 1 onion
- 10 cloves garlic
- ¼ tsp mustard seeds
- ¼ tsp cumin seeds
- 3 green chillies
- ½ tsp hing
- 1 tsp salt
Socked Ingredients
- 2 kashmiri red chillies
- 2 dried red chillies
- 2 tbsp tamarind
Final Tadaka
- ½ tsp oil
- 2 dried red chillies
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
- Take a pan to preheat it for 1 min and add oil to heat let the oil heat
- To the heated oil add chana dal, urad dal, onion, cloves garlic and mix them for a bit
- To it add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chillies, hing, salt, and mix them all. Let it cook for 2-3 min.
- Take a bowl to it add the water and sock the Kashmiri red chillies, dried red chillies, tamarind for 30 mins
- For the final tadaka take a small frypan or normal pan
- To it add oil, dried red chillies and mustard seeds then put it on the chutney
- And serve it with the desired snack or dish.
